Meet Abdul Sadeq

The Artist

Abdul Sadeq is generous and very hospitable. He cares for every customer that comes into his shop in Merreckesh much like his own family. He worked for years making leather goods himself but now in recent years he began to develop a network of artisans that he now trains and manages their work.

The History

Abdul Sadeq learned how to first make book covers and leather shoes from an American Entrepreneur many years ago. He has done well to take care of himself and his family. Now that he is the manager of many leather artisans, he is helping provide training and income for many artisans.
